From the first of September there is somewhere to go. Two rooms on the Prinsengracht, at the quiet end, with a courtyard behind that gets an hour of direct sun in the afternoon.
What is in it
Not everything. The rooms hold perhaps sixty pieces at a time, rotated weekly, and the rest can be brought up from the floor below within the hour. There is a table, four chairs, and a kettle.
Appointments are not required but they are better. Walk in and you may find someone else being fitted; book and the room is yours.
Hours
Tuesday to Saturday, eleven until six. Closed on Mondays, and closed for the last week of July, as everything in this city is.
