The terms on which this site, and the orders placed through it, are offered.
USING THE SITE
The site is offered as it stands, for your own use. The photographs, texts, and the marks of the houses shown here belong to their owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
ORDERS
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we write to confirm that the piece has left us. If a piece is no longer available we will tell you and take nothing from you.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency you select and include applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken when the order is confirmed. Where a price is plainly wrong we will tell you before we proceed.
DELIVERY
Delivery is complimentary worldwide. Duties, where a country charges them, are borne by us unless stated at checkout. The date we give is an estimate, offered in good faith.
RETURNS
Pieces may be returned within thirty days, unworn and as they arrived. Made-to-order and altered pieces are outside this, as are earrings, for reasons of hygiene.
PIECES FROM INDEPENDENT HOUSES
Every piece is bought directly from the house that made it. Small differences in colour, grain and weight are proper to hand work and are not faults.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
We stand behind what we sell and behind the description we give of it. We are not answerable for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen.
CHANGES
These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day the order was placed.
