What we collect, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you place an order we hold your name, delivery and billing address, email address and telephone number, together with the pieces you bought. When you write to us we hold that correspondence. When you browse we collect anonymous information about which pages were opened and on what kind of device.
WHY WE HOLD IT
To send you the pieces you ordered, to answer you when you write, to arrange repairs and returns, and to understand which parts of the site are useful. Nothing more.
COOKIES
Cookies that are needed for the bag and the checkout are always set. Anything beyond that is set only if you agree to it, and you may change your mind at any time through cookie settings at the foot of any page.
WHO ELSE SEES IT
Only the parties that make an order possible: our payment provider, our carriers, and the house that made the piece when a repair calls for it. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to advertisers.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order records are kept as long as the law on trade and tax requires. Correspondence is kept while it is useful to you. Anonymous site statistics are kept in aggregate only.
